Celebrating one of the thankless jobs in the beer industry (and George Harrison), this blonde ale was designed by Canadian minds, made with globally sourced ingredients, machine milled, manually mashed, fermented and aged in space-age polymer, before it was canned and labeled by hand. If you hadn't guessed, we're also sick of industry buzzwords. It's just beer folks.

A somewhat unorthodox take on crowd-pleasing beer, this American pale ale is infused with peach and apricot and has notes of caramel and toast.

Flavourful and juicy, yet dry and easy drinking, Papa ends with hop flavor and aroma.

Originally brewed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our alma mater, the Wellington Gastropub, Dos Jefes combines 2 bold flavours in an american IPA that packs a citrusy and smooth punch. It’s a bit wacky, but totally awesome.

The Simcoe hop is the star of the show here. Piney and resinous in aroma, smooth in texture, The Zigzagger ends with citrus peel and gets it's distinct malt flavour from just the right amount of roasted barley. Hold a light behind your pint to reveal it's ruby red colour.

The illusive Black IPA. Space Dragon starts Tropical on the nose with a hint of char on the finish, supported by a distinctive lingering bitterness. The Dragon is from another galaxy and doesn't come out of his lair often so enjoy him while he's still around.

We wondered what would happen if we put more sticky rye in a mash than we thought reasonable. This beer was the result. Born under a bad sign, our rye stout is rich and smooth, tasting of coffee, cocoa, molasses and smoke with a slightly off-dry finish.

A whack of oats gives this beer a creamy texture while a touch of chocolate malt offers a hint of mocha. Watch out for Bulldog Bob. He'll clothesline you with his dark and rich flavours, just before his 6.4% finishing move takes you down for the count.

With a round bitter coco taste and a smooth texture, Thriller is sure to delight seasoned and green beer drinkers alike. Our friends at Hummingbird Chocolate, up the road in Almonte, kindly selected and sourced the Dominican coco nibs used in this brew.
